Hiking

The last 2 days I've been doing some hiking at the Canada Hill. Really good exercise if you wanna sweat the crap out of you! For me, it's not challenging but I mandi peluh la. I felt that my running is tougher than this but hiking is a good way to train your leg muscles and stamina too. I just felt great after I finished. Satisfied!




And you can find some doings of uncivilized beings.
I think blast or melt the whole rubbish bin.
What the heck la!
