I Did It!

Today indeed another happy day for me. Why? My results are out and I'm really happy with it. Haha! I really thank God for His grace that is always for me. All glory and honour to Him! Not to forget my family and friends that were also supportive too.

Was actually quite excited earlier this morning, really don't know what to expect. After I finished my lesson, I look at my phone and there was a 'miss call'. I was smiling when it was Dr. Lee who miss called me, at least I know what to expect:)

Later at night I went out for dinner with some friends, they gave me a treat today. Haha! Went to Seahorse for lamb cube and headed to open market to eat chicken again. LOL! All the protein.

And also got this shirt from one of my friend, Beng Kiat.
Really nice jersey.

The Golf Balls

Something worth reading...


When things in your life seem, almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - family, children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, Your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else --The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, You will never have room for the things that are important to you.

So ... ...

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.

There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.

'Take care of the golf balls first --
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled..
'I'm glad you asked'..

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

Rain Rain Rain :'(


It's been raining non-stop for the past few days.
After days of dryness, this is really refreshing.
Able to enjoy the breeze everyday and temperature drop to 19C when I woke up this morning,
so bet it would be colder after midnight.

The bad thing, I got to stay indoor which is really boring:(
No run, no swim, no cycle... only gym.
Haih... How I wish to just run under the rain.

What a joke!


Wah! Not bad staying in east Malaysia, got special privilege somemore:p But if go Peninsula how la? The 'issue' is still going on hot in this country. Government said everything is 'under control' but church attacks are still on and we have a count of 9 churches already. As you read the news everyday, the situation is just getting worse. Top leaders in the country seems to be doing funny and weird things which actually stir up the anger of the nation. This land is ruled by a bunch of jokers. Don't know whether they ruling the country or acting in front of us and we're tired!

Nothing else can be done right? Wait for next GE? Sure! We'll continue to pray and let God decide who will take over:)

Week 1

One week had gone by. The kids are back to school, everyone is back to work and getting busy each day. That applies to me too:) Last year after I completed my A-Levels, I was wondering what I gonna do for this year since I'm only going to start studying after June. Training and workout is something will be done hardcore and also I want to study the Word more since I've have more time. And parents were just pushing me to get a job.

Obviously I've no idea at that time, so I prayed and asked God. I believe my prayer was answered and He did actually gave me the right one. God gives the best yeah. During my holidays last month, my college called and offered me a job to teach Add. Maths and Physics. I was like... oO...not too bad since those were my favourites. The working hours were quite good too which allows me to have some time for my training, not like some jobs where you need to work for like 10-12 hours a day? For me, I'm allowed to go back after my teaching, so shortest will be like 3 hours a day and 5 hours a day would be the longest. For some days, I can go back by noon however the others will be until 3.30pm. So still can workout and training hardcore:p

So for my students, out of 20 hours of lecture, 5 days a week; they gonna see me for 18 hours! Gonna see me until sien. Haha! Sounds nice when people starts to call you teacher...


Gonna see these bunch of jokers, 12 of them.
Trust me, they can be very playful and restless.
But at least can diam-diam do work:)

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
(Colossians 8:12)

Oh, how I really need this :)

So this would be a good experience for me since I've never work before. On the other hand, get to build up my confidence for future purposes.

Mad.







Wah... Why la? After a long week, about to start my weekend then all these happen. Well, was quite sad and shocked after hearing the news from my friend. I believe this never happen before in history. Looks like Malaysia also kena terrorist attack. That's what happen when some people are extremist! Do they even know what they're doing? Maybe kena demon possess ka? Really gila..

Wonder what will happen if mosque kena bomb. Err... Probably whole country in chaos. But nevermind lah, pray that we will be more civilize. Haha!

Nothing much to conclude. Let God be the judge:) Continue to pray for the peace of this country and let God decide what's for tomorrow. As Jesus said, 'Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.' (Matthew 6:34)


Looking on the brighter side, we still thank God. Hehe...
At least no one were killed or injured.
And the explosive were just homemade Molotov cocktails, what happens if they use something like, erm... a C4?

Happy New Year!

This is it! 2009 ended and here is the new beginning. Many things happened in 2009 and I thank God for bringing me through. I believe I've learn quite a lot and ready to learn more this year. Some of the things were my first time too :)


So I was at church for new year eve's service. Good idea to start your new year with God.

Prepare to note forward without regret. Distress and sorrow will only keep you bound to the past. Now is the time to release everything that has caused you to mourn and as you deliberately let go, you will be released to rise up in the realm of My peace and joy.

I'll just have to smile over everything that happened and continue to trust and love Him.


9However, as it is written:
"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" 10but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
(1 Corinthians 2:9-10)



This year I believe it will be an exciting year for me because many things are yet to come. As you know, I'm still not sure where I will be studying and so on. So I believe God will slowly unveil His plans for me to see. That just gonna be so amazing, full of surprises :) And yeah, I came out with a list at the side about the few things I wish to achieve/get this year. So, let's see how it goes.
