Hello~

Ahh...It's the weekend again, finally. Haha! As usual sleep till late morning then go Chemistry tuition. So after that, me and Jeremy decided to a food fair which is held at the Boulevard Shopping Complex open parking space. The food fair is actually called CitraRasa. Well, quite a number of stalls there, food from all different states of Malaysia. We walked around, buying food at the same time. Hahaha! Lots of food though, we eat until stomach so big. LOL! Nevermind la...as long happy:D I had a bowl of prawn mee, some pieces of lamb meat, drinks, salad, meat balls, fish balls....that's all? Prawn mee so pedas la~ But eat until so syok! But yeah...spent about RM20 today.

Hahahaha! Come on la, cooperate la sikit. Do the right thing! LOL! Well, this year our country did participate in this event. So as a responsible citizen, I off most of my lights la. Haha! Cannot off all la, gelap gelap how to see. Sometimes kinda cool though, once in a while we experience a darker environment. LOL...what this suppose to mean? Nevermind~

Blood Donation

Save Blood, Save Lives

Today my college had this blood donation thingy. So as the chairman of the college student council, I was kinda busy in the morning, trying to make sure everything is smooth. Everyone was cooperative, which makes life easier. Well...really thank God for everything, nothing unexpected happen, just kinda happy with this event.

The purpose of this event is to save lives and it would be a good experience for those who are donating the first time. I'm a first time donor and I would say it's fun. Haha! This year, we managed to get 50 packets of blood, out of 74 that registered. Well, I would say we're satisfied with the results. It wasn't that bad anyways, although we targeted more.

We hope to organize another one if we can. For those who haven donate, I would encourage you to give it a try.

IELTS Completed

Finally, one more thing completed. Haha...the International English Language Test System. Well...the test was yesterday and today. I had my speaking test yesterday. For today, I had 3 tests which are listening, reading and writing.

For my speaking, I think it was fine. The interviewer was nice and friendly. The topic that I got wasn't that hard though. So yeah...hope it'll be alright.

My listening test was alright too I guess, managed to get all the answers this time but don't know correct or not la. Hahaha!

As for reading test...Uhh! Guess this is the worst among all I would say. The passages were kinda long and harder to understand. Luckily I'm able to finish in time but it was a rush. Haih...

I think my writing test was okay too.. Not really tough but just hope I won't run off topic. 

So yeah...that's it for now. No more staying back for extra class... I'll just wait for the results in 2 weeks time.

The Perfect Armour

I was talking to my darling Sarah and she shared with me about Preparing for Spiritual Warfare. I find it interesting and important, so decided to blog it out. Haha! I'll make it simple as possible.

Before you go for war, what do you need? Weapons, armour, strategy...etc. And obviously good preparation , all these are essential things you need to take note of. Same goes for the spiritual battle but in that case, what type of weapon or armour we need? We can't use those 'physical weapons' isn't it? That's why God is there for us and prepare us with 'spiritual weapon'.

13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

The Shield of Faith

As end time is near, there will be false accusations and people turning against you. People will start to challenge your faith and manipulating you by false teachings. But as long your faith in God is strong, you will not be shaken! This is where faith will come in, a shield used to guard ourselves.

"Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

The Breastplate of Righteousness

What is righteousness? For me, it is living according to God's will and be wise in whatever we're doing. In other words, it is by doing the things that are right in God's eyes. When you know certain things that are not good, stay away from it. The use of a breastplate is obviously to guard your heart. The heart is where all our feelings are and we're often act according to how we feel.

The Belt of Truth

Why is it the belt of Truth? You wear a belt so you can hold everything in place. Same goes for truth, it is something that holds everything together. The truth will set you free. For example, when you tell a lie, you will continue to tell another lie to cover up your first lie and it goes on and on. 

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

(John 8:32)

The Helmet of Salvation

Salvation is one of the best thing we could have. Jesus died for us on the cross, died for our sins and He took everything. That is why salvation is free for us. God is always a forgiving God and no matter what we do, His forgiveness is always there for us. The problem is we do not go to Him. It is also because of His grace and mercy on us that we're able to live until today.

The Sword of the Spirit

By defencing yourself from attacks is not good enough, eventually you will still fall. We can't just play a defensive game and not attacking at all. This sword is the Word of God, it will be our ultimate weapon. The Word of God is sharper than any double-edged sword and can penetrate even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow.  We need to learn to use God's word as our weapon, so we need to be familiar with our Holy Bible. In what we're doing, God should be our guide.

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

6 in all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will make your paths straight. 

(Proverbs 3:5-6)

The Shoes of Peace

Wherever we go, we'll bring the peace of God with us. We should be the one standing when everything else fall because God gave us the peace. Always be ever ready to spread the gospel to others.

And finally, our communication is with God is equally important. For He will guide your footsteps, being equipped with weapons and armour won't be good enough if you have no direction. Through prayer, you will receive the power from God and Holy Spirit.

How prepared are you?

Happy? Sad? Whatever...

Long time didn't blog about my life. So yeah, my day was kinda interesting. Hahahaha! Today me and Luffy volunteered to help our college to distribute the flyers in some secondary school as you all know that SPM results are out today...

So around 9.30am, we headed to SMK Lopeng Tengah. LOL! It's seems to be dead, no one was there.. We thought maybe because we were there too early, so we drove off too Morsjaya to buy a few stuff. Around 10am, we went back again but still... the 

place is so quiet and empty, only a few students and cars outside.. So I was thinking, this school got people take SPM one ka? LOL...we went into the sc

hool compound to distribute the flyers. We were given 100 copies. After 40 minutes, less than 10 were given out... Haha! You can actually imagine how empty is that school.

We got fed up in the end and it's so boring there. So we decided to go to SMK St. Columba, my former secondary school. Woah! This one is a totally opposite, the

 whole road was jammed and there were lots of people there. Feels nice to go back there sometimes, bring back all the high school memories... Haha! I managed to talk to some of my juniors at the same time promoting my college like a bu

sinessman already. At least I'm able to distributes more flyers this time but not really a lot also la. The school only have 1 straight A1 this time, a big decrease from the year before..

Well...everyone all busy getting their result slip today. Yeah, all kinds of emotions everywhere... But no point making a big fuss over it, it is done. Instead, move on! Those who did well, congrats and all the best in your further studies. For those who didnt, continue to work harder because it's still not the end yet :-) Anyways, I also got my official

 result slip just now. Everyone get, I also get lo.. Hahaha!
