Rest Day

I think today will be called my rest day, means that no workout or training.

Wanna know why?

Sounds kinda interesting when I think about it.

First, after dropping my brother for training at outdoor stadium, decided to go for a swim at the public pool which is right beside. When I reached there, it is closed. Fine.

Then I drive all the way to KRP and they told me that the facilities are close today since they gonna have countdown tonight so guess all the staff are busy. Again, fine.

So was quite sad already la by then. So I decided to go running, I drove to Bulatan Park and when I reached there... it RAIN! Okay... fine.

Then I drove to another park, City Fan which is near the stadium and as I reached there... It started to rain! Wa... I've been cruising around for 1 hour plus. So I picked my brother up and we went home.

On the way home, the sun is up on my head. Shinning so brightly somemore. I was like... err? Whats going on? LOL!

Instead, I came back home and cook. Haha!

Well, the message was clear. God wants me to rest since my body is aching:p

When We Met

From the post earlier, here comes the story for Thursday.

I just love this day, one of the happiest day in my life. Though I was still a bit sick but it's something I really need to do before I go back. So I asked Kel Vin to drop me at Sarah's house. Thanks to her mom and sister that the plan can be carried out.

When I reached, was feeling kinda nervous. So yeah, her sister opened the gate and I went in. Sarah was busy in the kitchen and didn't expect me to be there so she thought could be someone else. As I went in, took a deep breath and I greeted her from the back. As she turn around... Haha! She was shocked until the mouth open so big, don't know how many flies enter the mouth already:p Yeah! Finally.......

So basically was spending the whole afternoon talking, something I've been waiting for. Although we had separated but for me it was still wonderful. Were catching up some of the things we missed before. 10 months... many things happened and time flies by. Ahh... Just felt really happy, laughing A LOT the whole time! LOL! Just that we're limited by time, just wish I could have more. And since it was Christmas eve, so we went for the church service.

Time is so short. Thank God I made it in time. Ahh... It is done:)

I'm Back

Just reach Miri earlier this morning. During the flight, I looked out the window. The clouds were just so beautiful. Reminds me of the greatness of God's creation. He loves beauty. Wanted to take photos but the camera was in my bag placed on top. Well, I was actually too tired to do anything since I only slept for about 2 hours yesterday and got to catch a flight which is 8.30am. Too much packing to do la:(

Three weeks in KL just passes by so fast and soon will be end of 2009 too. So I just to recall what I did for the last week in KL. Last Sunday went to Kel Vin's house for some party. It was really a great time there; nice food, getting to know new people and that's where I first played Guitar Hero. LOL!

Followed by Monday and Tuesday, I went to the mall surveying for sport shoes. And somehow on Tuesday afternoon my stomach seems to be not right. Later at night I started to have fever, vomiting and diarrhoea. Jeez... feel so crappy after that. The whole night feel so uncomfortable and which means I got to stay at home and rest on Wednesday. I wanted to go out so badly:(

Thursday was an amazing day so I'll post it in a different post later. Hehe...

And Friday, the last day to hang out. So I was out with Kel Vin for a short while in the afternoon. We went to 1Utama and I bought my New Balance running shoes. Wee...:) Then, we just spent some time talking and I felt kinda down that day. I don't want to go back so fast:'(

So back to normal routine, got few things to catch up especially with my workout and training. Gonna start hard core again!

A very blessed Christmas to all:)

For today, I decided to rest at home since I'm still having some problem with my stomach. Hope I can recover as soon as possible. Really stress tau? Having stomach pain like that, cannot simply eat and cannot go exercise also.

I went to Calvary church for their Christmas Eve's service. oO.. really amazing! Well, don't really get to see these kind of big events in Miri often. So really enjoyed myself there. Haha! Would had enjoyed more if I'm feeling better.

Crap.
